  • Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, discontinue Products, or substitute items without prior notice.
  • Promotions, Referrals & Discounts: Any promotion, referral, or discount code is subject to its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated. Generally, only one code or offer may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment, Billing, and Currency

  • Delivery Disclaimer: Philosophie is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. Once delivery has been made per your specifications, responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss due to carrier handling rests with the third-party provider. 7. Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Credits

All sales are final. If a Product arrives damaged or you have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately at info@philosophiesuperfoods.com. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or a store credit. Refunds, if applicable, may take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events).

The Site and its contents, including Products, are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
