Harmless Harvest Guest Recipe: Lavender Chia Seed Mousse
Raw Organic Chia seeds can swell to ten times their original size, making a small serving very filling. They are known as a superfood by many athletes + competitive fitness models. I love the way they keep me full for a really long time. They also have a very high level of free redial fighting antioxidants which help prevent against disease + aging.
Gather:
-4oz Harmless Harvest coconut water
-4oz coconut milk full fat + cream from top
-1/4 C raw organic chia seeds
-1/2 C blueberries
-3 dates
-1/2 T lemon juice
-1-2 drops of lavender oil
1 T Berry Bliss Protein Powder
-1/2 t vanilla
-1 1/2 T coconut palm sugar
-1 T Green Dream coconut butter
-pinch sea salt
Do This:
Blend coconut water, coconut milk, palm sugar, lemon and sea salt. Pour mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds. Let chill for at least 45 minutes. Make sure to stir the mixture periodically to keep the chia from settling. You can make this dish the night before so it’s ready to go in the morning! Kiddos love it!

I would use it in strawberry coconut ice cream. Strawberries, coconut cream, philosophie berry bliss, Harmless Harvest Coconut Water, vanilla and blend!
First of all, NO BRAINER! I combine the two all the time – smoothies, chia seed pudding and overnight oats!
My favorite is a chia seed pudding because in a smoothie the unique flavors of each can get lost.
A simple chia pudding with Green Dream and Cacao Magic, using Harmless Harvest as the liquid – is off the charts! Yesssssssssssssssssssssssss!
Since I’m all about fall right now… Here’s a pumpkin chia situation:
4 oz.Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
4 oz. Almond Milk
1/3 C Chia Seeds
1 T Philosophie Cacao Magic
1/3 C Pumpkin Puree
1 T Pumpkin Pie Spice
1.2 t vanilla
Now I want to go make one! Enjoy!
Fun sweet, healthy Halloween treat: blend harmless harvest with cacao magic, frozen bananas, and throw in some dates for added sweetness. It’s like a chocolate ice cream treat! Yum!! :)
I’d blend the coconut water and lavender with kale…then add in the chia seeds. I’m always on the go so it would be a great drink on the go.
